Căn cứ Công văn số 526/rr888.com-TH ngày 11 tháng 4 năm 2025 của rr8822 về phân công chuẩn bị nội dung đăng ký tổ chức kỳ họp chuyên đề tháng 4 và tháng 5 năm 2025 Hội đồng nhân dân tỉnh. Sở Khoa học và Công nghệ đã tổ chức lấy ý kiến, phản biện xã hội đối với hồ sơ dự thảo Nghị quyết quy định thẩm quyền quyết định mua sắm tài sản, hàng hóa, dịch vụ thuộc lĩnh vực khoa học và công nghệ; thẩm quyền quyết định đầu tư, mua sắm các hoạt động ứng dụng công nghệ thông tin sử dụng nguồn kinh phí thuộc phạm vi quản lý tỉnh rr88 tải.
Để đảm bảo việc ban hành văn bản quy phạm pháp luật theo đúng quy định, Sở Khoa học và Công nghệ đăng tải Bảng tổng hợp ý kiến, tiếp thu, giải trình ý kiến góp ý dự thảo Nghị quyết nêu trên đến ngày 20/6/2025.
