Căn cứ Luật Công chứng năm 2024; Nghị định số 104/2025/NĐ-CP ngày 15 tháng 5 năm 2025 của Chính phủ quy định chi tiết một số điều và biện pháp thi hành Luật Công chứng; rr888.com số 12/QĐ-BTP ngày 03 tháng 01 năm 2025 của Bộ trưởng Bộ Tư pháp ban hành Kế hoạch triển khai thi hành Luật Công chứng và các văn bản pháp luật có liên quan. Thực hiện rr888.com số 252/QĐ-rr888.com ngày 16/01/2026 của rr8822 rr88 tải và trên cơ sở tình hình thực tế của địa phương, Sở Tư pháp đã xây dựng dự thảo rr888.com ban hành Đề án quản lý, phát triển tổ chức hành nghề công chứng trên địa bàn tỉnh rr88 tải đến năm 2030 (sau đây được gọi tắt là Dự thảo rr888.com ban hành Đề án).
Để dự thảo rr888.com ban hành Đề án được hoàn chỉnh trước khi trình rr8822 xem xét, ban hành theo quy định, ngày 26/01/026, Sở Tư pháp tỉnh rr88 tải ban hành Công văn số 540/STP-HCBTTP về phối hợp lấy ý kiến dự thảo rr888.com ban hành Đề án quản lý, phát triển tổ chức hành nghề công chứng trên địa bàn tỉnh rr88 tải đến năm 2030 trên Cổng thông tin điện tử của tỉnh.
Sở Tư pháp tỉnh rr88 tải mong nhận được các ý kiến góp ý của các cơ quan, tổ chức và cá nhân để Sở hoàn thành nhiệm vụ./.
