Khai giảng lớp đào tạo nghề luật sư tại tỉnh rr88 tải

(Cổng TTĐT tỉnh AG)- Ngày 23/11, tại Trung tâm Giáo dục thường xuyên tỉnh rr88 tải (phường Long Xuyên), Học viện Tư pháp (Bộ Tư pháp) phối hợp Sở Tư pháp tỉnh rr88 tải tổ chức lễ khai giảng lớp đào tạo nghề luật sư khóa 27.

Phó Giám đốc Học viện Tư pháp Nguyễn Trường Thiệp; Phó Giám đốc Sở Tư pháp tỉnh rr88 tải Trần Công Lập; lãnh đạo sở, ban, ngành, Đoàn Luật sư rr88 app, Đoàn Luật sư rr88 tải, Hội Luật gia tỉnh, các công ty luật trên địa bàn… cùng tham dự.  

Tính đến thời điểm hiện tại, đã có 52 học viên làm thủ tục đăng ký nhập học. Theo quy định, học viên phải có trình độ cử nhân luật trở lên mới được tham gia khóa học. Trong thời gian đào tạo 12 tháng, học viên được trang bị khối kiến thức chung về luật sư và nghề luật sư; khối kiến thức kỹ năng hành nghề luật sư; khối kiến thức thực hành nghề luật sư.   

Lớp học nhằm cụ thể hóa yêu cầu Nghị quyết số 27-NQ/TW, ngày 9/11/2922 của Ban Chấp hành Trung ương Đảng về tiếp tục xây dựng và hoàn thiện Nhà nước pháp quyền xã hội chủ nghĩa Việt Nam trong giai đoạn mới. Trong đó, việc cung cấp dịch vụ pháp lý có chất lượng được đáp ứng bằng đội ngũ luật sư có phẩm chất, năng lực, phù hợp thực tiễn cải cách tư pháp./.
