Căn cứ Công văn số 4761/VPrr888.com-TH ngày 12 tháng 9 năm 2024 của Văn phòng rr8822 về việc đồng ý chủ trương cho xây dựng rr888.com quy phạm pháp luật của rr8822 năm 2024. Sở Nội vụ đã dự thảo rr888.com ban hành Quy chế cập nhật, khai thác và quản lý cơ sở dữ liệu cán bộ, rr88 tải, tải app rr88, người lao động tỉnh rr88 tải.
Để đảm bảo tính khả thi khi được ban hành và thực hiện đúng trình tự thủ tục ban hành văn bản quy phạm pháp luật được quy định của Luật Ban hành văn bản quy phạm pháp luật năm 2015 (được sửa đổi, bổ sung bởi Luật sửa đổi, bổ sung một số điều của Luật Ban hành văn bản quy phạm pháp luật năm 2020) và các văn bản hướng dẫn thi hành, Sở Nội vụ đề nghị quý cơ quan, đơn vị tổ chức đóng góp kiến đến hết ngày 01/12/2024.
Sở Nội vụ rất mong nhận được ý kiến đóng góp của các cơ quan, tổ chức, đơn vị./.
