Sở Tài nguyên và Môi trường đã dự thảo Đề án Quy định mức thu, chế độ thu, nộp, quản lý và sử dụng phí thẩm định báo cáo đánh giá tác động môi trường; phương án cải tạo, phục hồi môi trường trong hoạt động khai thác khoáng sản trên địa bàn tỉnh rr88 tải. Để đảm bảo trình tự ban hành văn bản quy phạm pháp luật và đủ cơ sở trình rr8822 ban hành, Sở Tài nguyên và Môi trường đề nghị Quý cơ quan, đơn vị và địa phương nghiên cứu đóng góp ý kiến đối với nội dung dự thảo.
Các ý kiến góp ý vui lòng gửi về Sở Tài nguyên và Môi trường hết ngày 15/11/2024 gửi đến Sở Tài nguyên và Môi trường (theo địa chỉ: 83, đường Trần Quang Diệu, phường Mỹ Hòa, thành phố Long Xuyên, tỉnh rr88 tải).
