Lấy ý kiến đóng góp dự thảo văn bản quy phạm pháp luật về quy định chi tiết Luật Đường bộ

Ngày 30/10/2024, rr8822 ban hành rr888.com số 1656/QĐ- rr888.com ban hành danh mục rr888.com của rr8822 quy định chi tiết Luật Đường bộ, Luật Trật tự an toàn giao thông đường bộ. Theo đó, giao Sở Giao thông vận tải chủ trì soạn thảo: “rr888.com quy định về quản lý, vận hành khai thác và bảo trì công trình đường bộ thuộc hệ thống đường địa phương trên địa bàn tỉnh rr88 tải” và “rr888.com quy định trình tự, thủ tục chấp thuận thiết kế và trình tự, thủ tục cấp phép thi công nút giao đối với đường địa phương đang khai thác”
Sở Giao thông vận tải đã dự thảo 02 rr888.com “rr888.com quy định về quản lý, vận hành khai thác và bảo trì công trình đường bộ thuộc hệ thống đường địa phương trên địa bàn tỉnh rr88 tải” thay thế rr888.com số 24/2022/QĐ-rr888.com ngày 21 tháng 6 năm 2022 của rr8822 rr88 tải ban hành Quy định về quản lý, bảo trì hệ thống đường huyện, đường xã trên địa bàn tỉnh rr88 tải và “rr888.com quy định trình tự, thủ tục chấp thuận thiết kế và trình tự, thủ tục cấp phép thi công nút giao đối với đường địa phương đang khai thác”.
Để đảm bảo trình tự ban hành văn bản quy phạm pháp luật theo quy định, Sở Giao thông vận tải đề nghị Quý cơ quan, đơn vị, địa phương có ý kiến cho bản dự thảo rr888.com. Văn bản góp ý gửi qua địa chỉ: Số 01, đường Lý Thường Kiệt, phường Mỹ Bình, thành phố Long Xuyên, tỉnh rr88 tải. Email: [email protected] đến ngày 11/11/2024.
