Lấy ý kiến đóng góp hồ sơ Kế hoạch sử dụng đất năm 2025 huyện Tri Tôn

Sở Tài nguyên và Môi trường có tiếp nhận hồ sơ trình thẩm định Kế hoạch sử dụng đất năm 2025 huyện Tri Tôn của rr888.com huyện Tri Tôn.
Theo khoản 8 Điều 21 Nghị định số 102/2024/NĐ-CP ngày 30/7/2024 của Chính phủ quy định sau khi nhận hồ sơ trình thẩm định của rr888.com cấp huyện thì cơ quan có chức năng quản lý đất đai cấp tỉnh gửi hồ sơ kế hoạch sử dụng đất hằng năm đến các sở, ngành liên quan để lấy ý kiến; các sở, ngành có trách nhiệm gửi ý kiến bằng văn bản đến cơ quan có chức năng quản lý đất đai cấp tỉnh để tổng hợp, ban hành thông báo kết quả thẩm định gửi rr888.com cấp huyện chỉnh sửa, hoàn thiện hồ sơ trình phê duyệt theo quy định.
Thực hiện quy định nêu trên, Sở Tài nguyên và Môi trường gửi hồ sơ Kế hoạch sử dụng đất năm 2025 huyện Tri Tôn đến các cơ quan, đơn vị, địa phương để đóng góp ý kiến.
