Lấy ý kiến dự thảo Nghị quyết bãi bỏ Nghị quyết số 43/2022/NQ-rr8822 của Hội đồng nhân dân tỉnh

Căn cứ Công văn số 1445/rr888.com-NC ngày 27/10/2025 của rr8822 về việc hướng dẫn quy trình xây dựng, ban hành Nghị quyết của rr8822 tỉnh, rr888.com của rr888.com, Chủ tịch rr888.com tỉnh;
Thực hiện ý kiến chỉ đạo tại Công văn số 1286/VP-MTQG ngày 22/01/2026 của Văn phòng rr8822, trong đó có nội dung “Giao Sở Xây dựng chủ trì, phối hợp với các đơn vị có liên quan tham mưu Nghị quyết bãi bỏ Nghị quyết số 43/2022/NQ-rr8822 ngày 12/12/2022 của Hội đồng nhân dân tỉnh đúng trình tự, thủ tục về ban hành nghị quyết quy phạm pháp luật (theo trình tự, thủ tục thông thường) để trình Hội đồng nhân dân tỉnh đúng theo quy định”.
Ngày 17 tháng 3 năm 2025 Sở Xây dựng ban hành Công văn số: 2258/SXD-VP về lấy ý kiến góp ý dự thảo Nghị quyết bãi bỏ Nghị quyết số 43/2022/NQ-rr8822 của Hội đồng nhân dân tỉnh trên Cổng thông tin điện tử tỉnh. (đính kèm hồ sơ dự thảo).
