Lấy ý kiến dự thảo Nghị quyết bãi bỏ Nghị quyết số 43/2022/NQ-rr8822 của Hội đồng nhân dân tỉnh

Căn cứ Công văn số 1445/rr888.com-NC ngày 27/10/2025 của rr8822 tỉnh về việc hướng dẫn quy trình xây dựng, ban hành Nghị quyết của rr8822 tỉnh, rr888.com của rr888.com, Chủ tịch rr888.com tỉnh.
Thực hiện ý kiến chỉ đạo tại Công văn số 1286/VP-MTQG ngày 22/01/2026 của Văn phòng rr8822, trong đó có nội dung “Giao Sở Xây dựng chủ trì, phối hợp với các đơn vị có liên quan tham mưu Nghị quyết bãi bỏ Nghị quyết số 43/2022/NQ-rr8822 ngày 12/12/2022 của Hội đồng nhân dân tỉnh đúng trình tự, thủ tục về ban hành nghị quyết quy phạm pháp luật (theo trình tự, thủ tục thông thường) để trình Hội đồng nhân dân tỉnh đúng theo quy định”.
Để có cơ sở hoàn thiện hồ sơ, tham mưu rr8822 trình Hội đồng nhân dân tỉnh xem xét thông qua tại kỳ họp thường lệ năm 2026, ngày 17/3/2026, Sở Xây dựng ban hành Công văn số 2258/SXD-VP về đề nghị đăng tải dự thảo Nghị quyết bãi bỏ Nghị quyết số 43/2022/NQ-rr8822 của Hội đồng nhân dân tỉnh.
Sở Xây dựng tỉnh rr88 tải mong nhận được các ý kiến đóng góp của các cơ quan, tổ chức và cá nhân để Sở hoàn thành nhiệm vụ./.
