Sở Lao động Thương binh và Xã hội đã xây dựng dự thảo Tờ trình Nghị quyết quy định đối tượng, mức trợ cấp và hỗ trợ thăm chúc tết Nguyên đán hằng năm của tỉnh rr88 tải
Để đảm bảo tính khả thi khi được ban hành và thực hiện đúng trình tự thủ tục ban hành văn bản quy phạm pháp luật được quy định của Luật Ban hành văn bản quy phạm pháp luật năm 2015 (được sửa đổi, bổ sung bởi Luật sửa đổi, bổ sung một số điều của Luật Ban hành văn bản quy phạm pháp luật năm 2020) và các văn bản hướng dẫn thi hành. Sở Lao động Thương binh và Xã hội đề nghị các cơ quan, tổ chức, đơn vị đóng góp ý kiến cho dự thảo Tờ trình Nghị quyết.
