Căn cứ Công văn số 1450/rr888.com-NC ngày 20/4/2026 của rr8822 về việc khẩn trương xây dựng, ban hành văn bản quy định về phí, lệ phí, giá. Theo đó, Nghị quyết số 21/2020/NQ-rr8822 ngày 08/12/2020 của Hội đồng nhân dân tỉnh quy định mức thu, chế độ thu, miễn, nộp, quản lý và sử dụng phí đăng ký giao dịch bảo đảm (phí đăng ký biện pháp bảo đảm) bằng quyền sử dụng đất và tài sản gắn liền với đất trên địa bàn tỉnh rr88 tải cần được thay thế, đáp ứng yêu cầu xử lý văn bản chịu sự tác động của việc sắp xếp tổ chức bộ máy trên địa bàn tỉnh.
Ngày 08/5/2026, Sở Nông nghiệp và Môi trường tỉnh rr88 tải ban hành Công văn số 4559/SNNMT-VPĐKĐĐ về lấy ý kiến dự thảo Nghị quyết quy định mức thu, chế độ thu, nộp, quản lý và sử dụng phí đăng ký giao dịch bảo đảm (phí đăng ký biện pháp bảo đảm) bằng quyền sử dụng đất, quyền sở hữu tài sản gắn liền với đất trên địa bàn tỉnh rr88 tải.
Các ý kiến đóng góp của cơ quan, tổ chức, cá nhân xin gửi về Sở Nông nghiệp và Môi trường (thông qua Văn phòng đăng ký đất đai) theo địa chỉ: số 01A Lương Văn Can, phường Rạch Giá,tỉnh rr88 tải (file số gửi qua iOffice của Văn phòng đăng ký đất đai).
