Căn cứ khoản 6 Điều 48 Nghị định số 103/2024/NĐ-CP ngày 30/7/2024 của Chính phủ quy định về tiền sử dụng đất, tiền thuê đất quy định: “Căn cứ trình tự, thủ tục giao đất, cho thuê đất, công nhận quyền sử dụng đất, gia hạn sử dụng đất, điều chỉnh thời hạn sử dụng đất, chuyển mục đích sử dụng đất, xác định giá đất tính tiền sử dụng đất, tiền thuê đất theo quy định tại các Nghị định về quy định chi tiết thi hành một số điều của Luật Đất đai, về giá đất và quy định về trình tự, thủ tục tính, thu, nộp tiền sử dụng đất, tiền thuê đất theo quy định tại Nghị định này để xây dựng và ban hành Quy định về quy trình luân chuyển hồ sơ xác định nghĩa vụ tài chính về đất đai phù hợp với thực tế của địa phương”.
