Sở Tài chính đã xây dựng hoàn chỉnh dự thảo Tờ trình của rr888.com tỉnh và Nghị quyết của rr8822 tỉnh về việc bổ sung kinh phí thực hiện các nhiệm vụ phát sinh trong năm 2024.
Để đảm bảo tính khả thi khi được ban hành và thực hiện đúng trình tự thủ tục ban hành văn bản quy phạm pháp luật được quy định của Luật Ban hành văn bản quy phạm pháp luật năm 2015 (được sửa đổi, bổ sung bởi Luật sửa đổi, bổ sung một số điều của Luật Ban hành văn bản quy phạm pháp luật năm 2020) và các văn bản hướng dẫn thi hành Sở Tài chính đề nghị các cơ quan, tổ chức, đơn vị đóng góp ý kiến cho dự thảo Tờ trình của rr888.com tỉnh và Nghị quyết của rr8822 tỉnh trước ngày 15/11/2024 .
Sở Tài chính rất mong nhận được ý kiến đóng góp của các cơ quan, tổ chức, đơn vị./.
