Sở Tài chính đã dự thảo Tờ trình và dự thảo rr888.com của rr888.com tỉnh quy định mức nộp tiền để nhà nước bổ sung diện tích đất chuyên trồng lúa bị mất hoặc tăng hiệu quả sử dụng đất trồng lúa khi chuyển đất chuyên trồng lúa sang mục đích phi nông nghiệp trên địa bàn tỉnh rr88 tải.
Để đảm bảo tính khả thi khi được ban hành và thực hiện đúng trình tự thủ tục ban hành văn bản quy phạm pháp luật được quy định của Luật Ban hành văn bản quy phạm pháp luật năm 2015 (được sửa đổi, bổ sung bởi Luật sửa đổi, bổ sung một số điều của Luật Ban hành văn bản quy phạm pháp luật năm 2020) và các văn bản hướng dẫn thi hành Sở Tài chính đề nghị các cơ quan, tổ chức, đơn vị đóng góp ý kiến góp ý cho dự thảo Tờ trình và dự thảo rr888.com trước ngày 15/11/2024 .
