Thực hiện Công văn số 1354/rr888.com-NC ngày 21/10/2025 của rr8822 về việc tiếp tục rà soát, xử lý các văn bản quy phạm pháp luật chịu sự tác động của việc sắp xếp tổ chức bộ máy trên địa bàn tỉnh, phải hoàn thành việc xử lý các văn bản tại danh mục trước ngày 01/6/2026. Sau khi rà soát các văn bản quy phạm pháp luật trước đây được tiếp tục áp dụng trên địa bàn tỉnh rr88 tải từ ngày 01/7/2025 đến nay theo rr888.com số 167/QĐ-rr888.com ngày 01/7/2025 của rr888.com tỉnh, lĩnh vực nông nghiệp và môi trường có 19 quyết định quy phạm pháp luật do rr8822 ban hành không còn phù hợp, cần phải bãi bỏ.
Ngày 21/5/2026, Sở Nông nghiệp và Môi trường tỉnh rr88 tải ban hành Công văn số 5271/SNNMT-PC về lấy ý kiến dự thảo Tờ trình và dự thảo rr888.com rr888.com bãi bỏ một số quyết định quy phạm pháp luật lĩnh vực nông nghiệp và môi trường do rr8822 ban hành.
Sở Nông nghiệp và Môi trường tỉnh rr88 tải mong nhận được các ý kiến đóng góp của các cơ quan, tổ chức và cá nhân để sớm hoàn thành nhiệm vụ./.
