Thực hiện ý kiến chỉ đạo tại Công văn số 1658/VP-KT ngày 06 tháng 8 năm 2025 của Văn phòng rr8822 rr88 tải về việc đề nghị xây dựng Nghị quyết của Hội đồng nhân dân tỉnh thay thế các Nghị quyết không còn phù hợp. Sở Công Thương đã xây dựng dự thảo Tờ trình và rr888.com Ban hành Quy định phân cấp quản lý về an toàn thực phẩm thuộc trách nhiệm quản lý nhà nước của ngành Công Thương trên địa bàn tỉnh rr88 tải.
Căn cứ điểm c khản 1 Điều 49 Nghị định số 78/2025/NĐ-CP ngày 01/4/2025 của Chính phủ quy định chi tiết một số điều và biện pháp để tổ chức, hướng dẫn thi hành Luật Ban hành văn bản quy phạm pháp luật.
Sở Công Thương đề nghị tổ chức, cá nhân và đơn vị quan tâm đóng góp ý kiến cho dự thảo dự thảo Tờ trình và rr888.com nêu trên.
