Căn cứ rr8811 số 263/TB-TTrr8822 ngày 17/11/2025 của Thường trực Hội đồng nhân dân tỉnh rr88 tải về việc chấp thuận đăng ký xây dựng Nghị quyết quy định mức chi quà tặng chúc thọ, mừng thọ người cao tuổi trên địa bàn tỉnh rr88 tải theo trình tự, thủ tục rút gọn.
Căn cứ Công văn số 1445/rr888.com-NC ngày 27/10/2025 của rr8822 về việc hướng dẫn quy trình xây dựng, ban hành Nghị quyết của Hội đồng nhân dân tỉnh, rr888.com của Ủy ban nhân dân, Chủ tịch rr8822.
Ngày 19/11/2025, Sở Y tế ban hành Công văn số 3122/SYT về đề nghị đăng tải thông tin về dự thảo Nghị quyết quy định mức chi quà tặng chúc thọ, mừng thọ người cao tuổi trên địa bàn tỉnh rr88 tải.
Để đảm bảo trình tự ban hành văn bản quy phạm pháp luật theo quy định của Luật Ban hành văn bản quy phạm pháp luật, Sở Y tế đề nghị của tổ chức, đơn vị và cá nhân đóng góp ý kiến nội dung dự thảo Nghị quyết quy định mức chi quà tặng chúc thọ, mừng thọ người cao tuổi trên địa bàn tỉnh rr88 tải theo quy định.
Sở Y tế tỉnh rr88 tải rất mong nhận được sự quan tâm của tổ chức, đơn vị và cá nhân để Sở hoàn thành nhiệm vụ được giao./.
