Căn cứ điểm c khoản 1 Điều 49 Nghị định số 78/2025/NĐ-CP ngày 01/4/2025 của Chính Phủ quy định chi tiết một số điều và biện pháp để tổ chức, hướng dẫn thi hành Luật Ban hành văn bản quy phạm pháp luật.
Thực hiện Công văn số 2018/rr888.com-KGVX ngày 13/12/2025 của rr888.com tỉnh rr88 tải về việc khẩn trương tham mưu rr888.com tỉnh rr888.com về việc phân cấp cấp Giấy chứng nhận cơ sở đủ điều kiện an toàn thực phẩm thuộc phạm vi quản lý của ngành Y tế trên địa bàn tỉnh rr88 tải đảm bảo theo đúng quy định.
Ngày 08/12/2025, Sở Y tế tỉnh rr88 tải ban hành Công văn số 3549/SYT-ATTP về hỗ trợ đăng tải dự thảo văn bản quy phạm pháp luật trên Cổng thông tin điện tử tỉnh để xin ý kiến góp ý dự thảo rr888.com của rr888.com tỉnh.
Sở Y tế đã xây dựng dự thảo Tờ trình và rr888.com về việc phân cấp cấp Giấy chứng nhận cơ sở đủ điều kiện an toàn thực phẩm thuộc phạm vi quản lý của ngành Y tế trên địa bàn tỉnh rr88 tải để trình rr888.com tỉnh ban hành.
