Căn cứ Luật Ban hành văn bản quy phạm pháp luật ngày 22 tháng 6 năm 2015 và Luật sửa đổi, bổ sung một số điều của Luật ban hành văn bản quy phạm pháp luật ngày 18 tháng 6 năm 2020.
Sở Lao động Thương binh và Xã hội đã chuẩn bị hồ sơ đề nghị xây dựng nghị quyết gồm: Dự thảo Tờ trình đề nghị xây dựng nghị quyết; Báo cáo đánh giá tác động của chính sách; Báo cáo đánh giá kết quả triển khai trợ cấp tết Nguyên đán hằng năm đối với cán bộ, rr88 tải, tải app rr88, người hoạt động không chuyên trách cấp xã, cựu chiến binh, người hưởng bảo hiểm xã hội, bảo trợ xã hội trên địa bàn tỉnh rr88 tải và kinh phí thăm chúc Tết các tổ chức, cá nhân
