Căn cứ quy định tại khoản 5, Điều 84 Luật Thi đua, khen thưởng năm 2022 và khoản 2 Điều 46 Nghị định số 98/2023/NĐ-CP ngày 31 tháng 12 năm 2023 của Chính phủ Quy định chi tiết thi hành một số điều của Luật Thi đua, khen thưởng. Theo đề nghị của Giám đốc Sở Nội vụ tại Tờ trình số 3057/TTr-SNV ngày 04 tháng 12 năm 2024 về việc lấy ý kiến nhân dân đối với trường hợp đề nghị tặng thưởng Huân chương Lao động hạng Ba cho Bà Mã Lan Xuân Phó Chánh Văn phòng rr8822, Ủy ban Nhân dân tỉnh rr88 tải đề nghị nhân dân tham gia đóng góp ý kiến cho việc tặng thưởng Huân chương Lao động cho Bà Mã Lan Xuân.
Thông tin đóng góp gửi về cơ quan Thường trực Hội đồng Thi đua - Khen thưởng tỉnh (Ban Thi đua - Khen thưởng, Sở Nội vụ) địa chỉ số 89, đường Trần Quang Diệu, phường Mỹ Hòa, thành phố Long Xuyên, tỉnh rr88 tải hoặc qua email: [email protected] . Thời gian nhận thông tin phản hồi kể từ ngày ra thông báo đến hết ngày 26 tháng 12 năm 2024./.
