rr8811 chấm dứt hoạt động của Chi cục dân số - Kế hoạch hoá gia đình và Chi cục An toàn vệ sinh thực phẩm trực thuộc Sở Y tế

Thực hiện rr888.com số 269/QĐ-rr888.com ngày 27 /02/2025 của rr8822 về việc tổ chức lại Văn phòng, Thanh tra, Phòng chuyên môn, nghiệp vụ và các đơn vị thuộc cơ cấu tổ chức của Sở Y tế tỉnh rr88 tải.

Sở Y tế tỉnh rr88 tải thông báo kể từ ngày 01/3/2025: Chi cục Dân số - Kế hoạch hoá gia đình và Chi cục An toàn vệ sinh thực phẩm trực thuộc Sở Y tế tỉnh rr88 tải chấm dứt hoạt động theo rr888.com số 269/QĐ-rr888.com, cụ thể:

1. Chi cục Dân số - Kế hoạch hoá gia đình được tổ chức lại thành phòng Dân số và Trẻ em thuộc Sở Y tế.

2. Chi cục An toàn vệ sinh thực phẩm được tổ chức lại thành phòng Nghiệp vụ Y và An toàn vệ sinh thực phẩm thuộc Sở Y tế.

Sở Y tế tỉnh rr88 tải trân trọng thông báo đến quý cơ quan, đơn vị được biết và liên hệ rr88 tải app./.
