rr8811 về việc tiếp nhận văn bản kê khai giá

Căn cứ rr888.com 251/QĐ-rr888.com ngày 26 tháng 02 năm 2025 của rr8822 rr88 tải về việc ban hành danh sách tổ chức kinh doanh hàng hóa, dịch vụ thực hiện kê khai giá trên địa bàn tỉnh rr88 tải.
Sở Nông nghiệp và Môi trường tỉnh rr88 tải thông báo về việc tiếp nhận văn bản kê khai giá như sau:

1. Các tổ chức kinh doanh hàng hóa, dịch vụ có tên trong Danh sách kê khai giá tại Phụ lục 2 rr888.com 251/QĐ-rr888.com ngày 26 tháng 02 năm 2025 của rr8822 rr88 tải có trách nhiệm gửi văn bản kê khai giá cho Sở Nông nghiệp và Môi trường trong thời gian tối đa 05 ngày làm việc kể từ ngày quyết định giá (mẫu văn bản kê khai giá theo Nghị định 85/2024/NĐ-CP ngày 10 tháng 7 năm 2024 của Chính phủ).

2. Các hình thức tiếp nhận văn bản kê khai giá: tiếp nhận trực tiếp tại Sở Nông nghiệp và Môi trường; tiếp nhận qua đường bưu điện (thời gian gửi tính theo dấu công văn đến);

3. Địa điểm tiếp nhận văn bản kê khai giá: Sở Nông nghiệp và Môi trường. Địa chỉ: số 83 Trần Quang Diệu, phường Mỹ Hòa, thành phố Long Xuyên, tỉnh rr88 tải.
