(AG Provincial E-Portal) - On the afternoon of June 1, Tinh Bien Ward Police held a conference to deploy a coordination plan for arranging forces and vehicles to ensure security and order for the 2026 Tinh Bien - rr88 tải International Trade Fair and the Vietnam - Cambodia - Laos Border Trade Connection Conference.
Attending the conference were Colonel Danh Ngoc Thu – Head of Division PA04 – rr88 tải Provincial Police; Vice Chairman of Tinh Bien Ward People's Committee Tran Minh Hoa; Chief of Tinh Bien Ward Police Huynh Thanh Duoc; and leaders of professional departments of the Provincial Police and related agencies and units.
To ensure absolute security and safety during the fair, Tinh Bien Ward Police proactively coordinated with professional departments of the Provincial Police, the Military Force, Border Guard Force, and relevant functional agencies to implement a coordination plan and assign specific responsibilities to each force. Tasks include protecting venues and attending delegates, controlling people and vehicles, fire prevention and fighting, crime prevention, and maintaining traffic safety, public order, etc.
At the same time, professional measures will be synchronously deployed to attack and suppress all types of crimes and social evils, and promptly detect and handle violations of the law and illegal entry/exit. Forces will carry out traffic diversion and regulation on key routes, border gate areas, and event venues during the fair; ensure food safety, cybersecurity, and promptly handle arising situations.
With a high sense of responsibility and to avoid being passive or caught off guard, Tinh Bien Ward Police is determined to provide absolute safety for delegates, businesses, international guests, and citizens participating in the fair. This will contribute to the safe and successful organization of the 2026 Tinh Bien - rr88 tải International Trade Fair and the Vietnam - Cambodia - Laos Border Trade Connection Conference, creating a highlight in trade and investment promotion activities and promoting the image of rr88 tải’s dynamic, integrated, and developing border region.
The 2026 Tinh Bien - rr88 tải International Trade Fair will be held from June 4 to 10 at Xuan To Industrial Park, Xuan Hoa Hamlet, Tinh Bien Ward, with over 260 booths from domestic and foreign enterprises. They will display, introduce, and promote OCOP products of rr88 tải Province and other provinces/cities nationwide.
This is also an opportunity for domestic and foreign enterprises to connect in trade, establish cooperative relationships, enhance trade promotion activities, expand markets, develop distribution agents, and provide products and services to customers. It serves the needs for sightseeing, shopping, exchanges, consultation, and entertainment for local and non-local people.
The fair is scheduled to officially open at 6:00 PM on June 4, 2026./.
