Mr. Ho Van Mung, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, has urged local authorities and Party secretaries to remain focused on socio-economic development and national defense, maintain regular supervision to prevent disruptions to public affairs, and accelerate the disbursement of public investment capital.
Effectively implement targets and tasks, regularly inspect and supervise to ensure the achievement of socio-economic development targets. Accordingly, the assignment and implementation process must be linked to the "six clear principles" and the evaluation of cadres.

Local authorities continue to focus on addressing shortcomings and limitations, especially those socio-economic indicators that have achieved low rates, such as: disbursement of public investment capital, budget revenue, land clearance, etc.
Effectively implement tasks and deliver concrete results in accordance with resolutions and action programs of the central, provincial, and local governments. Continue to effectively implement the two-tiered local government model; local Party committees should evaluate the capacity of officials openly, transparently, and objectively; strengthen training and professional development for officials at the commune and ward levels. Focus on resolving administrative procedures for citizens and businesses.
Local authorities are prioritizing the completion of commune and ward planning by June to unlock new development opportunities. Under this initiative, local planning must strictly align with the overarching provincial blueprint. Concurrently, efforts will be directed toward strengthening state management across all sectors, improving public welfare, and reviewing the province's low-income households. Key focus areas also include maintaining political security and social order, establishing drug-free communes and wards, and resolving public complaints in strict accordance with statutory regulations.

According to the Q1 socio-economic development report of the communes and wards in the Eastern Sub-region of rr88 tải province, local People's Committees have demonstrated prompt and synchronous governance. Strictly adhering to central and provincial policies and resolutions, local authorities have effectively executed their designated tasks and solutions, yielding positive results across multiple sectors.
Regional budget revenue reached 509,750 million VND out of the 1,950,538 million VND target, accounting for 26.13%. The settlement rate for local administrative procedures remained consistently high, hovering at 98% or above. Efforts to expedite administrative processing times, alongside the handling of public complaints and denunciations, were executed rigorously and in strict compliance with regulations.
Meanwhile, steady attention was dedicated to culture, education, healthcare, and social welfare, contributing to the gradual improvement of citizens' material and spiritual well-being. National defense and security were firmly maintained, ensuring overall social order and safety, while foreign affairs and development cooperation were further strengthened.
