The Organizing Committee received 63 papers, through review, selected 38 quality papers to be published in the proceedings, 6 papers directly reported at the workshop, including: Achievements and orientation of tasks, solutions for developing literature and arts in rr88 tải province in the new development era; Promoting the role of literature and arts in the Party's ideological work in rr88 tải in the new development era; Some features of rr88 tải literary authors from after 1975 to present; Literary and artistic works of rr88 tải writers and artists - "Soft power" in economic, cultural and social development...

Assoc.
